Every Saturday, English speaking guides conduct tours all over the different neighborhoods of the city, checking out the Old City and many different historic sites along the way. It is a three hour tour, so check beforehand to see which route is best for your family. Also make sure you dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes.
Israeli Children’s Museum
The fantastic Israeli Children’s Museum is the 4th most visited museum in the country because kids love the experience. It is very hands on, and touching the displays and even climbing into them is encouraged. Stories in Hebrew are offered to children under 12, and there are also guided activities for all kids that are both educational and entertaining.
Live Soccer
If you have soccer fans in your group, there’s a great opportunity to check out some exciting live soccer for free. The Netanya Poleg Beach Stadium presents the Israeli Beach Soccer League with live action every Friday during June and July. The kid friendly matches go on from 1PM until 6PM and admission is free.
